The Erickson team arrived early and worked steadily, lifting and repairing my concrete patio slab. A gasket blew out on the pressure washer, and the home office sent a replacement device. Unfortunately, the replacement machine didn't do the job very well. A day later, the surface of the patio was brownish and blotchy. Since then, responding quickly to my complaint about the incomplete pressure wash, Erickson has been back, under warranty, to redo it (efficiently this time) and re-apply the sealant. The patio looks beautiful now. Thank you, guys!

I had Mike and Cam come out and install a radon system in my house. I have an old house and my basement is kind of odd but they were both great. Left the site clean and did a great job having the pipes be as much out of the way and hidden as possible. Not to mention how quickly they got the job done. Couldn’t recommend them any more. Even my dogs loved them!
We worked with Erickson Foundation solutions for installing radon mitigation system in our new home in NH. This team was very helpful and professional from the start to the finish. Their sales team did a great job explaining all our options, providing practical solutions and alternatives after their first visit. Day of installation - Mike and his team were very through, knowledgeable, getting us involved in every step of the way as we tried to figure out the most optimum way to get the equipments installed. They not only did a great job with the installation but also left the work space clean on their way out. Team JB did an amazing job installing my sump pump in a really tough area of my basement. Right from the start they were professional, thorough, and informative. First I want to say what a pleasure it was to deal with all the men who worked on our foundation beginning with Nick Carelli, the crew leader, who called me when they was thirty minutes away. I really appreciated that for two reasons. One, it gave my wife and I time to ready ourselves and the house and secondly, I just appreciated knowing they were on their way and when they'd arrive. It was a pleasure to meet Nick when he arrived who then introduced me to the others, Jesse Greene, Colin Brier and Tyler Mallon. They were also very friendly and got right to work. Throughout their time here, they were professional, friendly and hard working. When I pointed out a new issue with the foundation, they went above and beyond to address it. Throughout the process Nick was patient with my questions and thorough in his answers so that I always felt comfortable about what they were doing. Yes, my wife and I were very satisfied with their work and would gladly recommend them to anyone.
We recently hired Erickson Foundation Solutions to complete waterproofing, as well as foundation repair. I could not be more pleased with the experience! The waterproofing crew, lead by Joe, called me each morning when they were on their way. They arrived prompt, and ready to work. I'm on construction sites often, and I've never seen a cleaner one at the end of each day! They took great pride in their workmanship and my home. You could also tell that the crew loved working together. Joking/laughing while getting the job done.(all very professional and G rated I might add :)) They finished up a day early too!The foundation crew was equally impressive. This team, lead by Nick, also followed the "heads up" protocol. They arrived on time and ready to work. The drilling/noise was very manageable and not disruptive to my work day. They also took great care to return the grass/soil back to it's original location. They had a clean job site at the end of the day, even swept the driveway where they were working!Overall, I would recommend Erickson Foundation solutions for your next project. The team is great, the work is superb, and the price is right!

6/20/24 Update: Front panel was repaired after some back and forth confusion on sheduling, but it's finally resolved. The tub itself is working out fine, and at this point I'm satisfied with what I received, I just wish I didn't have to deal with this headache to make this right with how much it cost.1/12/24 Update: (Initial Review Below)The tub was delivered with a warped front panel, this was recognized by me the day after delivery. I took photos and reached out to service, they got me on their schedule for about a month out. Since that point they have cancelled 3 appointments on the day of expected service, no call no showed on one day, and showed up on a date they scheduled on their own that I told them I’d be out of state for. On that visit they took the tub apart, left multiple screws stripped and on my snowy deck and left the front cover ajar worse than it was initially. My next appointment for this is a few weeks away and in the meantime I still haven’t received the complimentary white glove service to teach me how to set the tubs water chemistry properly. My most recent call to service was especially surprising as the lady on the phone interrupted me midway through explaining what’s been going on to say “are you just calling over a screw?”, and then blamed the lack of a fix on the manufacturer being closed over the holiday, had they come out on any of the first three scheduled appointments their holiday closure wouldn’t be an issue. At this point I’m happy with the tub but very unimpresssed with Mainely Tubs service department. I just wish they’d show some urgency to come out and put the tub back together.10/06/23: Sales team was informative and helpful, the delivery team (with Max helping today) was awesome with their work ethic in helping with a challenging install. I can’t speak to the quality and longevity of the tub but as of now I’m very happy with the service provided.
I went to Bedford yesterday to buy a sauna, after waiting patiently for even a hello from an employee( over 20 minutes) , I walked over to Matt Kearns and asked what kind of deals he had for a sauna..his tone was rude and basically yells in your face.he brought me over to the saunas on display and said if I didn't want one of those he pointed to I am not getting a deal. Very rude. he asked me if I actually wanted to use it or if it was just for show.! Needless to say I will be taking my business where I'm not treated the way he treated a customer.2 thumbs down,
My husband has been wanting a sauna for years and we finally stopped in at Mainley Tubs in Portsmouth to purchase one. Tim and the team were very helpful. The sauna was delivered in the set timeframe and the installers had it put together within an hour. We would definitely recommend!
Adam Veinotte and the entire team made this purchase of our new Pulse Hot Tub and the removal of our old hot tub go seamless. We’ve personally worked with Matt Kearns who’s awesome and helped us purchase two hot tubs and a sauna. He and the service team have always followed up to ensure everything went well each time. I hate leaving a bad reviews for companies, but I am upset with a company that was highly recommended. I am in touch with a different flooring person to fix the flooring that Cardoza would not fix. So I will have to be putting out more money to repair something I paid to have put down right the first time. They did not tell us when we had the consultation that they were going to put quarter rounds around the base of the cabinets and island. With us putting one of the most expensive hardwood floorings down, you would think that they would know how to do it right.We had two types of hardwood put in our house this summer, gunstock in our upstairs bedrooms and Brazilian cherry on our main floor to go with flooring that was put down years ago. The gunstock flooring came out looking decent but the Brazilian cherry when they got to the kitchen is where the problem arose. The flooring near the cabinets, island, and the doorways got nailed from the top. They were mushroomed and they look horrendous. They used some kind of wax crayon to fill in the holes, some of that came out and streaked across the flooring and that is interesting to clean up. They came back out to do some minor repairs: a board had a crack in it, part of a closet the last row wasn't finished right, and we told them we didn't like how the nails looked, we could feel them with our feet and how noticeable they are with our lights on. They fixed the board and the closet but with the nail holes they look worst than original. We call them little mushrooms with how they look. I was told it was by the industry standard, when I asked why they couldn't glue it instead having the nail holes. They said they would not warranty it, if they glued it. They also put quarter round molding around the base of the cabinets and around the island. I think it looks bad. The guy who came to the house told me he was the owner. But I found out he is the son-in-law to the owner. I don't like liars.The person who came in said that there was no way for it to look better so I needed to learn to live with it. I voiced my opinion and said if I was going to sell the house potential buyers would see it as something they would have to fix. He said they would not see it, as he proceeded through the house and pointed out the nail holes from flooring up by the baseboard they didn't touch and have been there since the flooring was out down many years ago. When he was leaving he almost let my puppy out the door, if I didn't catch her tail she would have been gone. I don't like people walking through my house without asking.My contractor called them because he recommended them to me to see if they would help and he got the run around. They told my contractor if he could fix it then the guy would come by and watch.I have had multiple flooring people come out and look to see if they can fix the problem. One said the way to fix would be to redo all the boards and glue it and the other said the only fix would be to sand all the floors down. I really don't feel like I should have to put more money into the floors. I thought I was paying for a good floor from a good company. It didn't work out that way.I am super disappointed with the company and the service I got from them. If they worked with me, I would not have written this. It also took them a few months to give us a refund on a box of floor that they took back and didn't use. A few of my friends that have been watching the progress of my home renovations, while they have been getting ready for theirs already decided against using this company.
